The Clinical Portfolio earns trust through narrow scoping — surgeon-supervised, MIT-licensed, validated, sealed. Visionary work that talks about civilizations and energy gates lives at the opposite end of the scope spectrum. Both are legitimate; mixing them on the same page degrades the trust signal of the clinical work. Hence the separation.
