A research surface,
not a product line.
The Clinical Portfolio is the shipped surface — eleven canonical tools that are surgeon-supervised, MIT-licensed, and audited. The Companion Universe is the parallel surface: research notebooks, atlases, BCI explorations, visual studios, ortho extensions, and the tooling that connects them. None of it is shipped for clinical use. Most of it isn't documented to release standard. Some of it may never make the jump into Clinical.
The Universe is organised into six themes. Counts of bundles per theme are approximate and shift over time. If you want to actually download a specific HTML capsule that's been published, the Working archive is the catalogue. If you want to discuss a specific theme or collaborate on one, email me.
Universal field kit
The "everything is one system" thread — universal-field constructions, omega/omni systems, universal kernels, math-functional packs. Where the project tries to unify its disparate surfaces into a single conceptual core. The most abstract end of the Universe.
Atlas systems
Anatomical and conceptual atlases — SHIVA Atlas iterations, Wisdom Atlas, FIR Overdrive, semantic diagrams, BCI atlases. These are visual reference structures that grew out of clinical and cognitive work and got formalised into navigable surfaces.
Brain & BCI
The most experimental theme. Brain Trinity, BCI atlases, Human Lab, InfiniteHuman series, Vision Ultra. Cognitive neuroscience and brain-computer interface concepts. Read as research provocations, not clinical interventions.
Visual & motion
Visible Pack, Static Visible Bundle, Motion Studio, animated spine engine loops, figure packs. The visual artefacts produced as side-effects of clinical and research work — diagrams, animations, illustrative studies. Decorative and instructive, never decisive.
Ortho extensions
Arthroplasty packs, Knee Injuries (Campbell reference), Pelvis Pack, Spine Fractures Atlas, Ortho Mandala, Ortho MindMap. Orthopedic research surfaces beyond the standard Clinical Portfolio playbook — wider, looser, more educational than clinical.
Tooling & Codex
SHIVA Site variants, ShivaHub Audit, FIXPACK, AI Coding Pack, Source Codes Pack, Engine Pack, iOS-Safe, Research Kits. The plumbing layer — internal tools, source bundles, dev kits, audit harnesses. Useful for builders, not for patients.
