The working archive.
The accumulated portfolio of single-file HTML capsules — knowledge bundles, atlases, training materials, visual artefacts, framework experiments. They live on my drive. They're not posted as public downloads. If you want a specific one, ask.
What ships, ships.
The rest stays with me.
The shipped portfolio — the eleven Clinical Capsules and the SVF Clinical Platform — is documented, audited, and licensed to be used by other people. That's what the public download is for.
The working archive is different. It's the back-room: drafts, one-off experiments, atlases I built for a specific reading, visual artefacts that grew out of clinical work, frameworks I'm still iterating on. Many of them are useful. Some are unfinished. Some are wrong on purpose, as scaffolding to a better version. I don't post them as public downloads because I don't want them quoted as if they were shipped.
Roughly six clusters.
Each cluster has anywhere from a handful to a couple of dozen single-file HTML capsules. Sizes vary from tens of kilobytes to a few megabytes. None are shipped publicly. Click any cluster to send me a note — I'll tell you what exists or send the file.
Clinical & orthopedic capsules
Drafts and iterations of spinopelvic tools, arthroplasty planners, hip-fracture flows, and other clinical scaffolding that pre-dated or evolved alongside the shipped Portfolio. Some became Clinical Capsules. Some did not.
Knowledge & framework capsules
Reproducibility specs, ontology fragments, evidence-graph experiments, capsule-contract drafts. The conceptual scaffolding behind the system — the rules that govern what later becomes TraceProof, ArticleMap, or DomainWorks.
Anatomical atlases & visual references
SHIVA Atlas iterations, Wisdom Atlas, Pelvis Pack, Spine Fractures Atlas, Brain Atlas, semantic diagrams. Navigable reference structures for anatomy, cognition, and the relationships between them.
Universal-field & unification experiments
Universal-field constructions, omega/omni systems, math-functional packs, universal kernels. The most abstract end of the archive — attempts to find one structure underneath all the disparate surfaces.
BCI & cognitive notebooks
Brain Trinity, Human Lab, InfiniteHuman series, Vision Ultra, BCI atlas drafts. Cognitive neuroscience and brain-computer interface concepts — research provocations, never clinical interventions.
Tooling & audit artefacts
ShivaHub Audit, FIXPACK, AI Coding Pack, Source Codes Pack, Engine Pack, iOS-Safe builds, internal research kits. The plumbing layer — what the build-rooms run on, not what gets shipped to clinics.
Working archive ≠ shipped product.
If you found this page expecting a public-download library: that's not what it is. The shipped library is the Clinical Portfolio (free, MIT) and the SVF Clinical Platform (paid, commercial). Everything else is either in-progress research (Companion) or held privately here.
