No context → the report labels it context missing, and it cannot be used for recommendations.

Every recommendation carries an evidence grade and explicit fork conditions. No false confidence.

Contradictions are shown, not hidden.

Conflicting claims surface as folds — explicit unresolved tension, not silently overwritten.

SHIVA OS grew out of a frustration with how clinical research handles evidence — paper figures that nobody can regenerate, datasets whose lineage gets lost between authors, planning software whose math is locked inside vendor binaries. The system is an attempt to make scientific work behave more like engineering: every artifact reproducible, every claim auditable, every conclusion replayable.
