You bought a single-clinic license.
You may install and use the SVF Clinical Platform bundle inside one clinical site (a clinic, hospital department, or research practice operating at one physical address or one virtual care entity). All clinicians and staff operating under that site may read, reference, and use the materials in their day-to-day work.
Permitted uses include:
- Clinician training and continuing education at your site.
- Internal decision support — referencing the pathways and rules during patient evaluation.
- Patient communication using the OSCE / counselling scripts.
- Adapting the patient-facing text into your own consent forms and information leaflets, with attribution.
- Quoting short passages (under 300 words) in scientific publications with citation.
You do not own the content. You licensed it.
Without explicit written permission from the author, you may not:
- Redistribute the bundle, in whole or in part, to anyone outside your clinical site.
- Publish the files on a public-facing website, intranet accessible outside your clinic, or any file-sharing platform.
- Sublicense, resell, or transfer the license to another clinic, organisation, or person.
- Use the materials as training data for any machine learning model, AI system, large language model, or automated derivative work.
- Remove or alter the license header, attribution, or copyright notices.
- Use the materials to make therapeutic claims that exceed what local regulators allow.

If you operate a multi-clinic chain, hospital group, training programme covering multiple sites, or want enterprise terms, email bsoured@gmail.com. Per-site pricing is negotiable based on count and deployment pattern.
Minor revisions are included. A major rebuild is a new purchase.
Minor revisions are emailed to past buyers free of charge. A major rebuild — structurally new content — is a new product at a new price. You are not obligated to upgrade.

The SVF Clinical Platform is educational and clinical-decision-support content. It has not been reviewed or cleared by FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, IFDA, or any other regulatory agency as a medical device. It does not replace clinician judgement, institutional review, or applicable regulatory authorisation in your jurisdiction.
Stromal vascular fraction therapy is positioned and regulated differently across countries — some allow autologous, same-procedure use; some require IRB / IEC oversight; some classify it as a drug or advanced-therapy medicinal product requiring full marketing authorisation. You are responsible for verifying the legal status of any clinical application at your site before acting on the materials.

The bundle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author makes no representation that the content is current, complete, or free of error. You use it at your own clinical and legal risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author's total liability arising out of or relating to the bundle is capped at the amount you paid for the license. The author is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or clinical outcome, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the author from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your clinical use, distribution, or modification of the bundle in breach of this license.
Perpetual unless you breach.
This license is granted for the lifetime of the current release of the bundle, with no end date. It terminates automatically if you materially breach any term — including redistribution, sublicensing, or using the materials to train an AI model — without need for notice. On termination, you must delete all copies of the bundle from your systems within 14 days.
Disputes are handled in good faith first.
This license is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is first attempted to be resolved by written exchange between the parties; only if that fails (after 60 days) may either side initiate formal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. Both parties waive any claim that the forum is inconvenient.
